We can provide a full service including

• architectural design from concept to planning consent
• architectural drawings and specifications for Building Regulations approval
• project management and contract administration during construction stage

We recognise clients sometimes want to deal with construction stage themselves and whatever level of service you need we will provide a full breakdown of fees for each of the stages so you know at the outset what our costs will be. If you do want to look after the construction stage and a problem arises we are always available to help on an ad hoc basis at an hourly rate charge.
